l'association ancre sa démarche sur les idées du réseau des initiatives de la Transition et du mouvement des "Colibris", les principes de l'association visent à favoriser une dynamique locale et citoyenne pour construire une société plus respectueuse des hommes et de la planète, encourager une qualité alimentaire favorisant la santé, soutenir une économie locale, durable et responsable, favoriser les relations humaines de proximité, pour encore plus de mieux vivre individuel et de mieux vivre ensemble, tendre à la décroissance énergétique (réduire nos émission de CO2, nos déchets et nos consommations d'énergies), promouvoir des activités de "transition intérieure" qui favorisent le changement individuel, puis collectif (prise de conscience de nos potentiels et de notre pouvoir créateur...), organiser des événements, des ateliers, des conférences publiques ou privées liés au culturel et au mieux vivre
