Historique :	Cette statue était anciennement datée du 16e siècle. Le dossier de restauration avance une datation plus ancienne, le 15e siècle.

Précision sur_l'état :	Oeuvre restaurée en 2010 par Aude Connord, Anne Gérard et Gilles Mantoux.
Précision_sur la representation :	La Vierge à l'enfant est représentée debout sur un croissant de lune, tenant l'enfant Jésus nu dans ses mains, contre sa poitrine. L'enfant, placé sur son côté dextre, au visage joufflu, regardant tendrement sa mère. Ses cheveux courts sont bouclés régulièrement. La Vierge, finement sculptée, est vêtue d'un ample manteau dont elle retient le plissé dans sa main senestre. Son hanchement est élégant. Le haut de sa robe, finement ajusté, s'ouvre sur un décolleté caché par une sous-robe blanche, au fin plissé resserré à la base de son cou. Un petit collier de perles souligne le tour de son cou. Sur le devant de la sculpture, deux longues mèches de cheveux bouclés descendent jusqu'à l'enfant. Au dos, ces mèches ont été entaillées afin de placer un motif ornemental servant autrefois à fixer les rayons en étoile, derrière la Vierge.
