Dénomination :	calice
Description :	Coupe nue, légèrement évasée, insérée dans une autre faisant corps avec la tige, ornée de rinceaux et d'une couronne fleuronnée. Noeud ovale chargé de trois têtes d'anges ailées. Le pied se compose de couronnes concentriques soudées ensemble, la plus grande décorée d'une frise de fleurs ajourée.

Historique :	Ce calice provient de l'abbaye d'Etival et fut légué à la paroisse de Gigney par l'abbé Contaut. Celui-ci est né au hameau voisin de Fomerey, le 2 novembre 1750. Elève au collège des Jésuites d'Epinal, il entra chez les Prémontrés d'Etival et devint Procureur de l'abbaye. Pendant la Terreur, il se réfugie dans un grenier à Darnieulles, célébrant avec ce calice les messes clandestines. Curé de Hadigny-les-Verrières, après la Révolution, il se réfugia à Gigney sa paroisse natale, où il mourut le 6 septembre 1836.
